My very talented friend Hsuan-Yu Pan was in town over the weekend to video highlights from the 2008 Artscape Festival, including the annual Art Car Parade, Dan Van Allen's art car "Annabelle," and the Load of Fun Gallery's Erotic Arts Festival.
