I couldn't figure out anything for this model I found on a Greek site, not even her name. She's very beautiful though, so filed under 'unknown' for now.
Update: I'm fairly sure that this is in fact Athina Mourkoussi, a contestant in the 2009 season of Next Top Model (Greece). She ended in 6th place, and there's more for her on this blog!
